To be eligible to exchange your product:
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- The products received are different to customers ordered.
- We will bear the shipping fees when an item was wrongly shipped only.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All products can be exchanged with the same design only.
- All returns must include the original packaging.
- Products must be posted in (7) days upon receiving local delivery and ten (10) days upon receiving overseas delivery.
- Products will only be exchanged subject to stock availability.
- Sale and discounted products purchased through online cannot be exchanged.
- Refund and exchange is not available for International buyer
Especially for pre-order products
These terms do not apply to our Made-To-Order/Pre-Order Products which are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. This is because the order goes straight to the factory and each pair is made specifically for the client ordering.
